Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Eastern Shore Association of REALTORS to be the leading advocate of the real estate industry. It is our goal to enhance the professionalism of our members through education, technology and adherence to the Realtor Code of Ethics. We shall promote equal housing opportunity, private property rights and the American Dream of home ownership.
Association Goals
Goal 1: Improve communications with members.
Goal 2: Develop new ways of increasing the non dues revenue of the Association.
Goal 3: Improve MILS Education for Members.
Goal 4: Improve attendance at Association meetings.
Goal 5: Improve local efforts to enforce the Code of Ethics.
Goal 6: Update Association Bylaws.
Goal 7: Create an ongoing effort to develop good leaders.
Goal 8: Keep members up to date on industry changes.
Goal 9: Prepare to increase the office staff when needed.
Goal 10: Establish an honor society.
